Saturday December 17, 2022-Third Way Alliance party leader, Dr.Ekuru Aukot has said Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua will cost President William Ruto’s re-election in 2027 due to his tribal sentiments.
Commenting on his social media page on Saturday, Aukot said
Gachagua instead of focusing on the delivery of services to Kenyans, he is
still recounting how Kenya Kwanza Alliance managed to beat Azimio One Kenya
Alliance during the August 9th Presidential election.
Aukot further stated that should the second in command
continue reminding Kenyans of the August elections, then the slimmer the chance
of President William Ruto being re-elected in 2027.
“The more I listen to Riggy G @rigathi's public tribal
utterances, the slimmer chances of @WilliamsRuto are for any attempt at
re-election. His speech in Nyandarua reeks of a tribal chief not deserving the
title of Deputy President. He is demeaning that office," Aukot wrote on his Twitter page.
