In a statement on Monday evening, Okari disclosed that he
had parted ways with the media house under the Nation Media Group (NMG)
umbrella.
The crime reporter added that he was moving on to work on
other projects. However, Okari did not indicate his next station or details of
the project.
"My assignment at NTV has come to an end. I am grateful
to God for the opportunity to serve. I gave it my all, but I couldn't have done
it without the help of an incredible team and an amazing audience.
"It is time to move on to something bigger and greater
than myself," he stated.
The investigative journalist joined NTV in 2013 as a crime
reporter.
